DMCA Policy

Yflix Apk respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Yflix Apk will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Yflix Apk service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Yflix Apk service, please send a "Notice of Claimed Infringement" to our Designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide specific identification of the material that you claim is infringing, including its precise location within the Yflix Apk service (e.g., URL or other specific identifying information sufficient to permit us to locate the material).
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy and authority: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature. This can be your typed legal name.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed: Identify the specific material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., URL).
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Yflix Apk may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature. This can be your typed legal name.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity on Yflix Apk within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, the removed material may be restored or access re-enabled.
